Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Manager Team Lead to spearhead the launch of Amazon products, driving growth and building brands.

  • Pre-Launch Leadership: Direct and guide teams to execute efficient product launches, adhering to Amazon's best practices.
  • Product Analysis: Conduct thorough market assessments to gauge product potential and inform timely Amazon launches.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Craft and implement brand strategies for Amazon, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform requirements.
  • Launch Coordination: Oversee pre-launch activities (keyword research, listing optimization, campaign setup) and post-launch performance monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Perform in-depth Amazon-specific market research to refine strategies and enhance product performance.

Requirements:

Mandatory 3+ years of leadership experience.

Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
