Elevator Maintenance Specialist

Description

We are seeking a skilled elevator technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.

The successful candidate will ensure that all electrical and mechanical components meet safety regulations and standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using testing equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair work to avoid system failures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes and government regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A technical diploma or certificate in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred. You should also have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in elevator installation, maintenance, or repair.

A strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems is essential. Experience with a variety of elevator brands and models is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with specific experience in elevator (lift) systems.
