Risk Management Expert

The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management and credit analysis.
- Risk Management: The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for analyzing and assessing credit risks associated with financial institution clients. This will involve evaluating the source of repayments, conducting thorough financial analysis, and developing ORR/FRR models to measure risk.
- Credit Analysis: The Senior Risk Manager will also be responsible for conducting fundamental credit analysis of financial institution clients, including assessment of source of repayments, financial analysis using ORR Model, and providing recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Risk Manager will be expected to:
- Manage and implement the ongoing quarterly production of IFRS9 expected credit losses, developing additional IFRS 9 ECL models and PD/LGD scorecards;
- Collaborate with other teams to develop Operational Risk Reporting, RCSA, and KRI initiatives;
- Oversight Environment and Social Risk Management (ESRM) in line with E&S Policy and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Banking/Financial Institution's Risk Department and a Bachelor's Degree in finance, actuarial science, or finance and accounting from a reputable institution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
