Project Coordination Role

This role is for a seasoned project manager who can oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate project plans, risk management strategies, quality control measures, and overall responsibility for stakeholder communication.
  • Chairing regular status meetings, managing meeting minutes, tracking action items, and providing updates on progress.
  • Leading focus group/stakeholder sessions for reviewing project components.
  • Managing a team of project coordinators to ensure successful task completion and timely submission of project deliverables.
Requirements
  • A university degree in management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management/project leadership roles.
  • Experience with managing large projects in social development sectors is essential.
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is highly desired but not mandatory.
