About the Role

The Manager Quality plays a crucial role in ensuring production excellence across the plant. This position oversees the quality of all incoming and outgoing materials and products. The Manager is responsible for maintaining strong coordination with OEMs and customers, ensuring vendor compliance, and enforcing company quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to OEMs and customer complaints or queries.
  • Lead a team of engineers and quality inspectors to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Vendor Development team to review and manage the design, development, and inspection of jigs, fixtures, and test equipment.
  • Implement corrective actions to address non-conformance issues effectively.
  • Attend and contribute to daily morning meetings.
  • Oversee calibration activities for all jigs, fixtures, and inspection/measurement equipment.
  • Collaborate with customers to implement engineering changes and part specifications.
  • Conduct internal product quality audits and prepare detailed reports.
  • Monitor and execute product quality checks before dispatch to customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product lines.
  • Take immediate action in response to product non-conformance.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management (preferred).

Proven experience in quality control/assurance within a manufacturing or OEM-driven environment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience in vendor development and technical inspections.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
