Senior Data Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to drive our data strategy and build robust data pipelines within Azure Data Lake.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Design and Implementation: Develop and implement scalable data pipeline solutions that meet the organization's data needs.
  • Data Integration and Transformation: Integrate and transform data from various sources to enable comprehensive analytics and reporting.
  • Data Governance and Quality: Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance practices and monitoring data processing workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Data Engineer, with a strong emphasis on Azure Data Lake.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure Data Services, particularly Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics. Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and familiarity with Java or C#.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, detail-oriented approach to work, ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
