About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, needs assessment, and closing deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Qualification:

    The Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads to ensure they align with our sales strategy.

  2. Needs Assessment and Solution Selling:

    This role involves conducting thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

  3. Closing Deals:

    The Sales Growth Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to close deals and ensure seamless handovers to other departments.

  4. Relationship Management:

    This role requires building strong relationships with existing clients to maintain consistent contact, identify new opportunities, and drive repeat business.

  5. Sales Pipeline Management:

    The Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and analyzing metrics to optimize sales performance.

  6. Market Analysis and Competitive Advantage:

    This role involves conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and leveraging this knowledge to establish competitive advantages.

  7. Metric Tracking and Target Achievement:

    The Sales Growth Manager will track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales success and ensure targets are hit.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven sales success and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation
  • CRT experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Cold calling experience
  • Familiarity with Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn platforms
