Electrical Engineer: Key to Efficient Operations

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the seamless operation of electrical systems and machinery within our manufacturing facility.

  • Responsibilities will include overseeing the management of electrical networks, encompassing power distribution, switchgear, and control systems.
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues in packaging machines, motors, generators, and drives will be a critical aspect of this position.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for equipment to guarantee optimal performance and longevity will be essential.
  • Supervising installation, commissioning, and modification of FMCG machinery while adhering to safety and quality standards will also fall under this responsibility.
  • Collaboration on PLCs, control panels, and automation systems to enhance production efficiency is necessary.
  • Maintaining air conditioning and power systems within the plant will be crucial.
  • Ensuring all electrical work conforms to industry safety standards and company policies will be key.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in electric motors, switchgear, generators, and VFDs.
  • Hands-on experience with VFFS packaging machines.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, automation, and industrial control systems.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems and power management.
