Customer Support Specialist

About the Job:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our products or services
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services
  • Contribute to the development of our knowledge base and support documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:

  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a customer support or sales role, preferably within a technology or SaaS company
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues effectively

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and ticketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possession of passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in sales or upselling is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Additional certifications in customer service or relevant fields are highly desirable
