Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

Synopsis:

This role involves overseeing and managing the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of network and system components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Cisco and Huawei network equipment with expert proficiency.
  • Administer and support network devices, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot advanced network issues and components at a professional level.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain passive network cabling infrastructure.
  • Perform rectification and maintenance of hardware including servers, network devices, CCTV, biometrics, access control, and PABX systems.
  • Support end-user systems such as desktops, laptops, and VDIs.
  • Install and troubleshoot printers and provide related technical support.
  • Install and resolve issues related to IP and analog phones as well as NTC/PTCL connectivity.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science along with strong hands-on experience with Cisco/Huawei network devices and passive infrastructure. Proficient in troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and IT equipment is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (4 years) in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • HCIP (Huawei Certified ICT Professional) or higher certification is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco/Huawei network devices and passive infrastructure.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and IT equipment.
