Senior Educational Counsellor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Educational Counsellor. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for guiding students through their educational journey, providing expert advice on course selection, university choice, and country options.

You will work closely with fellow colleagues to ensure seamless student applications, keeping them updated on the latest study abroad opportunities. Effective communication is crucial in this role, and you will be expected to maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students after rigorous training and help them find the right course, university, and country as per their requirements.
  • Follow up with students via calls and emails (excluding email addresses).
  • Manage internal student database system to maximise internal and external communication.
  • Coordinate with fellow colleagues for student applications, keeping them updated on the latest offers and study abroad options.
  • Organise and attend related education expos and seminars.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional ability to research for information and find answers/solutions to problems.
  • Great work ethics such as honesty, punctuality, ownership, flexible nature, mutual respect, and commitment.
  • Prior teaching experience is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
