Research Associate Role
We are seeking a Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Social Sciences or a related field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking research, analyzing data and producing high-quality reports. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting literature reviews and synthesizing findings;
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data;
- Developing and piloting research instruments;
- Coordinating data collection and ensuring its quality;
- Writing policy briefs, reports and other documents as required;
- Supporting the development of project documents and materials;
- Maintaining records and providing administrative support.
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline. Relevant work experience and knowledge of NVivo would be an advantage.
