We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented individual to fill the role of YouTube Content & Community Lead.

Job Description

This pivotal position involves developing, executing, and refining our video content strategy to drive channel growth, elevate audience engagement, and maximize overall content reach on YouTube.

  • Strategic Channel Growth: Design and implement a robust strategy to drive consistent channel growth, elevate audience engagement, and maximize overall content reach on YouTube.
  • Content Lifecycle Management: Oversee the meticulous planning, timely uploading, and strategic scheduling of all video content to ensure optimal consistency and viewer interaction.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Leverage YouTube Analytics comprehensively to monitor channel performance, evaluate key metrics, and derive actionable, data-driven insights for continuous improvement and content optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing YouTube channels or similar digital video platforms, with a deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, advanced SEO best practices for video content, and effective audience retention and growth strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels or similar digital video platforms.
  • Platform Mastery: In-depth understanding of YouTube algorithms, advanced SEO best practices for video content, and effective audience retention and growth strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication & Organization: Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
