Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to achieve international market objectives.
  • Design and implement lead generation, user acquisition, and brand awareness strategies for mobile app development services.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve ROI.
  • Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in mobile app marketing and PPC strategies to remain competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B international setting.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with a track record of generating high-quality leads for global markets.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in A/B testing, CRO, and campaign scaling.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
  • Familiarity with Bing Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in marketing for mobile app development or SaaS companies.
  • Background working with international B2B clients.
