Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to handle various transactions and services for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless banking operations.
- To assist customers with routine account-related requests, resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- To record and reconcile cash transactions, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- To liaise with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- To recover service charges on instruments and banking facilities, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Numerical and financial analysis skills, with a good understanding of financial services and banking products.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, with excellent communication, conflict management, and customer service skills.
