Job Description:

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading design projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

You will oversee and conduct quality control (QC) of the project team's design work, collaborate with the CAD Team Lead and Senior Technicians to maintain workflow and ensure timely project delivery.

Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD technicians, act as a primary resource for SolidWorks and Inventor on client projects, and support reverse engineering projects and contribute to design optimization.

Requirements:
  • BE. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
  • Experience in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, CATIA is required.
  • Experience with 3D modeling, assemblies, and 2D drawing.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing methods and design for manufacturing is a must.
  • Should be able to analyze a design for manufacturability, ergonomics, choice of materials, FMEA.
  • Problem solving skills and analytical, quick thinking and learning ability, self-organization and thoughtful leadership is a must.
  • Must be based in Lahore.
