Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Establish Communication Channels: Develop effective communication channels with the USA office, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of goals and priorities.
  5. Enhance Employee Experience: Drive initiatives to improve employee retention rates, enhance team morale, and promote professional development opportunities.
  6. Recruit Top Talent: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring the office has the right skill sets to meet client demands and project requirements.
  7. Monitor Project Performance: Track project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards, taking proactive measures to address any deviations and optimize performance.
  8. Represent Stakeholders: Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholder interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  9. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, incorporating relevant insights into the company's operations and service offerings.
