The Proposal Coordinator assists in the preparation and coordination of high-quality, competitive bids and proposals. This role involves reviewing and analyzing bid-related documents, coordinating with internal teams, and submitting bids accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Review and analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and other bid-related documents to determine project requirements and ensure compliance.">
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and project management, to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy of bid content.">
  • Prepare comprehensive and compelling bid proposals, including technical proposals, commercial proposals, and any other required documentation.">
  • Submit bids accurately, on time, and in compliance with client requirements and company standards.">
  • Contribute to the development of bid strategies to maximize the company's chances of winning.">
  • Evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential projects.">
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all bid-related activities, documents, and correspondence.">
  • Manage and update bid templates, databases, and other resources to improve efficiency and consistency.">
  • Presentation of bid proposals to internal stakeholders for review and approval.">
  • Follow up on submitted bids and track their status.">
