Job Profile:
The Administrative and Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of all administrative and operational activities at HBL Asset Management Limited.
This includes performing vendor quality management, developing a filing system for records, and managing contracts and renewals for essential services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment inventories and assess new equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with regional offices on administrative matters.
- Oversee support staff to ensure productivity and create a healthy work environment.
Required Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and technical skills.
Required Education & Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree from a HEC-recognized university are required.
