Limo Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatching of limousines and drivers to meet client requests and reservations.

1. Dispatching: Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of our limousine fleet to guarantee timely arrivals and departures, as well as seamless communication with clients and drivers.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering an unparalleled experience.
3. Communication: Establish effective relationships with drivers, clients, and internal teams through clear and concise communication, using various mediums such as phone, radio, or electronic messaging.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, trips, driver schedules, and client information, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
5. Problem Solving: Proactively address unexpected situations, such as traffic delays or vehicle issues, to ensure clients' needs are met and services are delivered without disruption.
6. Billing and Finances: Process invoices, collect payments, and manage financial transactions related to limousine services, maintaining transparency and accountability.
7. Fleet Management: Collaborate with drivers and internal teams to monitor the condition and maintenance of our limousine fleet, scheduling routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in utilizing dispatching software and GPS tracking systems to optimize operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a high level of performance and productivity.
