Quality Assurance Specialist

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to perform day-to-day quality assurance tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently carrying out receiving, in-process, and final inspections, as well as maintaining ISO9001 and TS16949-related documentation. Additionally, they will conduct product and process audits as required and periodically perform layout inspections on high-volume products.
Minimum Qualifying Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. They should possess sound knowledge of instrument handling and be proficient in preparing inspection reports. Problem-solving skills, including knowledge of the 7 QC tools and 8D reports, are also essential. Basic understanding of TS16949 and ISO9001 is necessary, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Finally, the successful candidate will demonstrate objectives in MSA and contribute to ensuring compliance with industry standards.
