Delivering high-quality client reports is a crucial aspect of our work. As a Client Report Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and producing complex reports from standard IQVIA systems.

About the Role

  • You will develop professional expertise and apply company policies to resolve various issues, working on problems of moderate scope that require analysis and evaluation of different factors.
  • Receiving and documenting requests from clients for new custom reports using IQVIA data is an essential part of this role.
  • You will define report elements and validate that client needs match data content instructions.
  • Identifying products for client reports and entering specifications into the report generation system are also key responsibilities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial in ensuring the quality of your work and the work of others.
  • You will provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues and serve as an escalation point for resolving exceptions and complex queries.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, pharmaceutical industry trends, and field-specific requirements is vital for success in this position.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree is required, along with at least two years of experience in client report specification.
  • Strong PC literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and an understanding of relational databases are necessary.
  • The ability to analyze and evaluate information to resolve non-routine matters is essential.
