Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our cloud-based and software development projects from initiation through completion.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced project manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud-based and software development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication and alignment on project progress and ongoing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, ensuring clear timelines, risk management strategies, and deliverables.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional project teams (product, engineering, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment on objectives while meeting project milestones, scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  3. Technical Leadership: Work with software developers to ensure that code quality, architecture, and deployment strategies align with cloud infrastructure and business requirements.
  4. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project progress and ongoing activities.
  5. Agile Methodologies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies, ensuring the team follows agile methodologies.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in technical project management and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  3. Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS and their related tools and services.
  4. Excellent client management skills, with experience in handling escalations, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
  1. PMP/CSM/PSM or AWS certifications will have preference.
  2. Familiarity with AI trends and the ability to adopt GenAI practices.
