Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and accurately.
  • Manage customer complaints by identifying issues and providing immediate solutions.
  • Promote our products and services through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
  • Convert lead calls into sales and follow up to ensure customer inquiries are addressed effectively.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using technology systems and tools like Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English and Urdu languages.

This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience. However, any relevant experience is an advantage.
