Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Retail Audit Professional to join our team. As a key member of our audit function, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the audit process, ensuring compliance, risk assessment, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and experience in managing teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing the annual audit plan, reviewing audit reports, and providing recommendations for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the annual audit plan using risk-based methodology
  • Oversee operational and financial audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Review audit reports and provide recommendations for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and industry regulations
  • Lead audit teams, conduct performance evaluations, and develop talent
  • Communicate audit findings to senior management and drive corrective actions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • ACA/ACCA/ACMA certification
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Experience in retail audit, risk management, or compliance
