Job Overview:

The role of the Chief Engineering Analyst is to provide technical leadership and vision for the development and delivery of engineering products and services. This includes managing and supervising a team of engineers, quantity surveyors, and other relevant personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall technical leadership in a web-based environment to the engineering team.
  • Manage and supervise the performance of individual engineers, quantity surveyors, or other relevant personnel.
  • Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors of all construction inputs and derive monthly market rates for upload to the website.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of output activities.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Chief Engineering Analyst, you will need to have a strong background in project management, contract administration, cost engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, and FIDIC. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 15 years of work experience in project management, contract administration, cost engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, and FIDIC with reputable organizations is required. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with preferably an MBA or a Master's degree in Project Management or a related field is also necessary.
