Senior SaaS Product and Engineering Leader in Fintech

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our technical strategy, architecture, and execution for large-scale SaaS Fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in engineering, experience leading full-scale SaaS product builds, and the ability to build and scale secure, high-availability systems focusing on performance, compliance, and scalability.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, AI, DevOps, and Business, to realize product vision. They will also mentor engineering leaders and foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technical strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead architecture design and implementation for large-scale SaaS Fintech platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Product, AI, DevOps, and Business teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Engineer/Lead/Architect transitioning into tech leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, Laravel, or similar backend stacks.
  • At least 3 years leading SaaS Fintech platform development from scratch.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), DevOps, microservices, API design, and data security.
