Software Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and improving the user experience.

This role involves working closely with multiple teams to define and implement solutions, managing both technical and interpersonal aspects of supporting and improving a software product. You will be expected to break down complex problems, investigate code issues, and engage in code reviews and troubleshooting.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions
  • Contribute to the improvement of the user experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 4+ years of experience in software development and support
  • Full stack development experience with Java, REST APIs, and SQL databases
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
