
Technical Support Specialist

Our organization requires a skilled technical support specialist with strong communication skills to perform various duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance and support to internal networks and employees.
- Collaborate across the organization to resolve complex issues and follow reported problems through to their resolution.
- Respond to employee inquiries and identify routine operational systems problems.
- Install, operate, and manage LAN, WAN, and dial access services for operations.
- Troubleshoot networks and systems and implement systems maintenance and administration.
- Software development experience and knowledge of networking concepts.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good phone manners and interpersonal skills.
- MCSE Certified or equivalent and CCNA certification is desirable.
- A firm grasp of web technologies, networking fundamentals, and software products.
- The ability to take ownership of technical issues and work with Development teams to resolve more advanced issues.
- Resolving escalated user complaints independently.
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Linux, and general desktop support issues.
- Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, Domain Environment, Firewalls, and other networking concepts.
- Solid knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP, and HTTP.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and technical skills.
