Quality Assurance Director

Overseeing the quality assurance department is a critical role that ensures seamless operations and compliance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement international standards such as cGMPs, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000 across manufacturing, laboratories, processing, packaging, and warehousing facilities to guarantee accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Verify active documents directly impacting product quality, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain products' manufacturing accordance with approved procedures, records, and documents.
- Promote validation of production equipment, laboratory instruments, and utilities through thorough documentation.
- Coordinate training programs for employees to maintain competence and stay current with industry developments.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable sourcing and efficient supply chains.
- Implement, manage, and follow up on QA plans related to internal and external audits, assessments, and evaluations.
- Address customer complaints, change control, and deviation control systems to resolve issues promptly and improve processes.
- Collaborate with other departments' leaders to plan schedules and implement company initiatives.
