Job Description

This role requires an efficient and professional individual to provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and manage correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist management in organizing tasks, scheduling meetings, and handling information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide secretarial assistance by arranging appointments, screening phone calls, and responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective communication management by monitoring and prioritizing incoming communication and bringing relevant matters to the manager's attention.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as required with precision and speed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client-related matters and acting as a customer service officer as needed.
Key Specifications:
  • Candidate should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, telephone etiquette, and the ability to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, email, and internet is mandatory.
  • Strong stress and time management skills are essential for this role.
  • Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role; UAE experience is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Secretarial Practice and front office coordination is necessary for success in this position.
Working Environment:

The successful candidate will work closely with all staff members, excluding senior management, and will also interact with external clients and customers, as well as subsidiaries.
