Job Title: Medical Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle various aspects of medical billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims, and maximizing reimbursement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing regulations and guidelines.
  • Perform quality checks on all claims to minimize errors and discrepancies, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims, identifying and addressing reasons for denial or non-payment.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed records of billing activities, including claim status, payments, and adjustments.
Billing Operations Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the entire medical billing process, from initial data entry to final payment reconciliation.

This includes ensuring accurate and compliant submission of claims, performing quality control checks, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.

A strong understanding of billing regulations and procedures is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Candidates should also have a strong knowledge of medical billing regulations and procedures, as well as experience working with electronic health records systems.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
