Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the sale and dispatch of greige fabric and weaving.

This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in order management systems, and possess a customer-focused approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Issue sales and dispatch orders for greige fabric and weaving in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Create new codes for weaving items as and when required before entering contracts.
  • Generate Shipping Receipt Numbers (SRNs) at the mill for sample dispatch and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Follow up on invoices from the accounts department after dispatch to ensure prompt payment.
  • Dispatch sales tax invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with weaving and stitching waste buyers to collect payments.
  • Issue proforma invoices to arrange Letter of Credit drafts and maintain accurate monthly sales reports.

What You'll Do:
