Senior Data Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights, and make recommendations to optimize business processes.
  • Mine and analyze data from various banking platforms to drive optimization and improve data quality.
  • Deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems, with the ability to determine data requirements, assess time and effort required, and establish a project plan.
  • Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and apply comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Lead system change process from requirements through implementation, provide user and operational support of application to business users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in business and data analysis, process improvement, and project management.
  • Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Methodical attention to detail.
  • Experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets.
