Sales Representative Job Description

We are looking for a talented Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to potential leads and customers during the night shift, targeting the USA market.

Responsibilities:
  1. You will communicate and sell Energy and Telecom Billing services, including Home Warranty and Telecom Billing for companies such as Spectrum, Xfinity, Comcast, etc.
  2. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. You will meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals on a regular basis.
  4. You will stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors, and provide feedback to the sales team and management.
Job Specification
  1. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
  3. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. You should be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  5. You should be able to handle rejection and overcome objections.
  6. Preferably, you have experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  7. A knowledge of the Energy and Telecom Billing industry is a plus.
