Main Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure they achieve their goals and maximise value from our products/services.
  • Onboarding & Training: Guide customers through onboarding for a seamless experience and drive product adoption.
  • Retention & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell solutions and reduce churn through proactive engagement.
  • Proactive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact, address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse usage metrics and feedback to optimise engagement strategies and increase success rates.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience and deliver meaningful insights.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Support roles.
  • Industry Experience: SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
