We are seeking a seasoned business development expert with 3+ years of experience in generating WordPress and SEO project leads through freelancing platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Freelance Platform Lead Generation: Identify and secure WordPress and SEO projects from Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
  • Outreach & Client Acquisition: Utilize LinkedIn, email, and social media to connect with potential clients and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals and bids that effectively communicate our expertise and value proposition.
  • Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and manage leads efficiently in a CRM.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy & Performance Analysis: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and performance data.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
  • Strong expertise in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms to secure WordPress and SEO projects.
  • Proven ability to generate clients via LinkedIn, social media outreach, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
