About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Compliance and Reporting team. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for managing client compliance and reporting, building and maintaining relationships, ensuring high service quality, managing daily client engagements, monitoring progress, identifying risks, escalating issues, and driving performance improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related fields. You should also have an MBA, Master's, or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent. Additionally, you must have over 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax regulations, ideally within a large professional services firm.

A solid background in corporate tax, compliance, tax accounting, and auditing is essential. Proven managerial, organizational, and project management skills are also required.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have experience working with multinational clients and in multicultural environments. In-depth knowledge of commercial, legislative, and industry specifics is highly desirable. Experience with UAE corporate tax and compliance is also a plus.
