About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute acquisition strategies across multiple platforms, driving long-term user growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns on various platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and ASA.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and performance metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques for improved conversions.
  • Analyze data and track key metrics, such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, covering mobile and web channels.
  • Expertise in Meta, Google, ASA, and TikTok Ads platforms, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Branch.
  • A strong analytical mindset and data visualization skills to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques to continuously improve performance.
