**Job Title:** Ecommerce Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Sales Manager to oversee our online international stores. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of English and have in-depth knowledge of E-commerce skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Amazon accounts, including listing, sales, customer queries, and A-Z services.
  2. Manage eBay accounts, covering listing, sales, customer inquiries, and A-Z services.
  3. Oversee website order handling and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Answer direct calls from international customers and address their queries efficiently.
  5. Negotiate with wholesale customers and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  6. Manage financial accounts according to UK standards and monitor debtors and creditors accounts.

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Amazon and eBay platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles.
