Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a thorough digital marketing strategy that encompasses SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize digital marketing initiatives, maximize conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, customer service, and operations, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead the ecommerce marketing team by providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ecommerce.
  • Expertise in ecommerce platforms and technologies, such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of digital marketers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, social media advertising, meta ads, and email marketing.
