Job Description: Leading International Recruitment Corporation (LINRCO) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires proficiency in both English and Arabic, as well as a strong background in Human Resources (HR). A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities

• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior management
• Manage office budgets and track expenses

• Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment and employee onboarding

Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in office management
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic
