Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Enrollment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Patient Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clinical trials by coordinating patient enrollment activities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with us. As a Patient Enrollment Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to screen new leads, conduct follow-ups, and document participants for assigned active clinical trials.

You will contribute significantly to clinical trials by building a comprehensive database in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) of willing and qualified study volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Phone Interviews and Screenings: Conduct phone interviews and screenings for prospective clinical study participants in the US.
  • Maintain Organized Databases: Maintain an organized database of clinical study participants.
  • Develop Outreach Strategies: Develop outreach strategies to enhance participant recruitment.
  • Interact with Participants: Interact directly with study participants via phone calls, SMS, etc.
  • Collaborate with Medical Staff: Collaborate with Medical Staff (CRCs) to ensure adequate subject recruitment for each study.
  • Enhance Study Documentation: Enhance and maintain study documentation and volunteer records, including consent forms.
  • Support Sales and Marketing: Assist in sales, marketing, and outreach efforts as needed.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Provide accurate study-related information to participants in the US.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Cultivate a safe, positive, and fast-paced work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in BDS, Pharm-D or related field.
  • Good Knowledge of Clinical Trials: Good knowledge of clinical trials and their processes.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English: Proficiency in the English language, written and spoken both.
  • Therapeutic Communication: Therapeutic communication skills with a US accent preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
