Role Overview

We're looking for a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to lead communication and coordination between research sites and Sponsor/CRO teams. This role is perfect for someone with strong English skills, a passion for clinical research, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between sites and Sponsor/CRO teams
  • Manage study documentation, including feasibility forms, CDAs, CVs, and regulatory submissions
  • Oversee clinical trials, ensuring ICH-GCP and protocol compliance
  • Coordinate Pre-Study Visits (PSVs) and site start-up activities
  • Track timelines, submissions, and site performance
  • Maintain and update Clinosis' internal project database.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred)

Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory)

Proficient in MS Office, time management, and remote collaboration tools

Clinical research experience preferred, but fresh grads with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

For Female Staff:
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (on-site) + 2 hours remote

For Male Staff:
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (on-site, with hybrid flexibility as needed)
