Content Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Content Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising all content across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective content strategies that drive audience engagement and enhance brand visibility.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and more.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content plans aligned with organisational goals and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely publication and distribution of content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing to improve strategies and tactics continuously.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2-5 years working in content management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools/software.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
