Job Description:

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within specified timeframes, allocated resources, and predetermined quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing and managing project plans, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders to address any project-related issues.

This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and an analytical mindset to identify potential problems and develop proactive solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, possess excellent networking and communication skills, and be proficient in facilitating design thinking sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (4-year program).
  2. Certified Design Thinking coach with demonstrated experience in facilitating design thinking sessions.
  3. Project management skills and experience in other innovation frameworks (Lean start-up, Agile/SCRUM, business model canvas) are highly valued.
  4. Strong networking and communication skills (written and oral).
  5. Proactive and able to work creatively, independently, and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
