Product Data Specialist

The Product Data Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product information across multiple channels. As a key liaison between cross-functional teams, this position is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality product data.
Key metrics include data integrity, version control discipline, faster time-to-market, and improved compliance documentation.
Responsibilities:- Create and maintain parent-level specifications, purchasing SKUs, BOMs, and key attributes in the product lifecycle management system
- Track revisions with full versioning logic across new product development, compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes
- Ensure global data standards and field-level validation rules are upheld; audit for missing, stale, or duplicated entries
- Support seasonal update cycles, specification finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates
- Collaborate with product development, merchandise planning, compliance, quality, sourcing, and 3PL teams to ensure all product records meet commercialization and certification requirements
- Participate in milestone and handoff meetings to capture change requests and align dependencies
- Act as the Asia-based subject matter expert: handle tickets, train new users, document workflows, and test enhancements
- Partner with the US team on roadmap feedback, field structure upgrades, and audit history improvements
