Job Description:

We're seeking an innovative professional to spearhead our digital evolution. As the mastermind behind our digital services, you'll be responsible for crafting bold strategies to elevate our portfolio and transforming legacy services into sleek, app-based platforms.

  • Craft compelling user-centric strategies to drive growth and engagement
  • Design and execute data-driven monetization models that deliver results
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust forecasting and personalization engines

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through targeted digital initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective digital shift strategies
  • Innovate and scale ad-based and transactional revenue streams
  • Enhance user experience through behavioral insights and A/B testing

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of telco services and market dynamics. Additionally, you should have:

  • A strong grip on data analytics and reporting (Power BI proficiency required)
  • At least 1 year of experience managing telecom services or VAS platforms
  • Experience in Segments or Pricing will be a strong plus
