Technical Expertise

This role requires a deep understanding of custom software development and cloud infrastructure, as well as excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be able to design and develop high-level solution architectures, workflows, and integration approaches.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop high-level solution architectures, workflows, and integration approaches.
  2. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create technical proposals, statements of work, and pitch decks.
  3. Participate in discovery calls and gather technical and functional requirements.
  4. Support sales conversations with demos, presentations, and technical Q&A.
  5. Contribute to building pricing models based on effort estimates and scope.
  6. Work with project managers and engineering leads to ensure smooth handoff of technical scope post-sale.
  7. Provide early guidance on architecture, tools, and tech stack considerations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering, solution architect, or technical consultant role.
  • Strong understanding of custom software development and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in simple business terms.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, creating presentations, and writing proposals.
  • Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and DevOps practices.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
