Key Responsibilities:
  • Coding Excellence: Ensure that all code is of the highest quality, following best practices and industry standards.
  • Backend Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend applications using Python and related frameworks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve application performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Clean Code: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to industry standards.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards.
  • Technology Advancement: Research and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Database Management: Experience with database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • RESTful APIs: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, knowledge of version control systems like Git.
